PRIO opens applications for its 2024 Trainee program

Vacancies are available for working in the company’s office located in Botafogo, in the South Side of Rio de Janeiro

Rio de Janeiro, March 25, 2024 – PRIO, the largest independent oil and gas company in the country, opened applications for its 2024 Trainee program today, the 25th, which can be made until April 29 on the website https://programatraineeprio2024.gupy.io/jobs/6924817 . To participate, the candidate must have a maximum of three years of training in any area of Engineering, or graduate by June this year, be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) and be available to live in Rio de Janeiro throughout the Trainee process.

The program will last 18 months and aims to train well-rounded professionals at PRIO, as rotation is carried out in several areas for holistic knowledge of the company’s daily operations. Participants will also have the possibility to get involved in key large-scale oil and gas projects. We have a very strong culture of caring for people and focusing on efficiency and results. The process is made up of 3 phases: online tests, group dynamics and a bootcamp with finalists, in which not only technical knowledge is assessed, but mainly synergy with the company’s culture and teamwork. In addition to the Brazilian Labor Code (CLT) contracting regime, the company offers R$ 2,700 in flexible benefits, transportation vouchers, health care and dental plans without co-participation and extended to dependents, educational reimbursement for children up to 17 years and 11 months, several health and well-being programs, in addition to variable remuneration above the market.
