Nelson de Queiroz Sequeiros Tanure
Chairman of the Board of Directors (Permanent)
Actively participates in the Company’s management since the PRIO relaunch in 2024, after the successful restructuring that resulted in one of the largest independent oil and gas companies in Brazil. He has extensive experience in several cases of recovery of companies in sectors such as oil & gas and infrastructure. Nelson de Queiroz Tanure studied Administration at the Boston College and has a degree from IBMEC.
Emiliano Fernandes Lourenço Gomes
Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors (Permanent)
He is the Non-Statutory Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer at PRIO, having joined the Company in 2015 and actively participated in the Company’s turnaround process. Lawyer graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio, he has a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais – IBMEC and in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Emiliano has extensive experience in Corporate and Regulatory Law, having worked in companies such as Vesper, Globo.com and Intelig Telecomunicações, where he was Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer.
Roberto Bernardes Monteiro
Board Member (Permanent)
He was Chief Operating Officer at PRIO, which he joined in 2014. Previously, he was Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at OGX Petróleo e Gás. He also served as Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at OSX, which operates in the naval and offshore industry. Before that, he held several positions at América Latina Logística – ALL, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Officer – Argentina. Mr. Roberto Monteiro holds a degree in civil engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (USP – São Carlos) and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School.
Felipe Villela Dias

He is a partner at Visagio, where he works as a finance and investment specialist. He was a member of the board of directors at Smiles Fidelidade S.A., and was a partner at Squadra Investimentos for ten years, specializing in the sectors of construction, logistics, aviation, and customer loyalty programs. As a partner at Squadra, he served for one year as Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at Brasil Brokers Participações S.A. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a post-graduate specialization degree in logistics from Coppead. He is an independent member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Technos S.A., Santos Brasil Participações S.A., and Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – ELETROBRAS.
Flavio Vianna de Ulhôa Canto

It Is one of the greatest judokas in the history of the sport in Brazil. He was an Olympic medalist at the 2004 Athens Games and a medalist at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo in 2003; Winnipeg in 1999 and Mar del Plata in 1995. After retiring from professional competitions, he founded the Reação Institute, a non-governmental organization organization that fosters human development and social integration of children and adolescents through sport and education. Currently, Mr. Flavio Canto is CEO of Instituto Reação and managing partner of FC Esporte Ltda., which are not part of the Company’s economic group and are not controlled by any shareholder of the Company who has a direct or indirect equity interest equal to or greater than 5% of the same class or type of securities of the Company.
Gustavo Rocha Gattass

An economist graduated from PUC-RIO, he was the partner responsible for the business analysis team at BTG Pactual, an investment bank, and an analyst responsible for covering the oil and gas industry in Latin America at BTG Pactual. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Copasa-MG) and Omega Geração S.A.. Gustavo Gattass has been recognized as one of the three greatest analysts in the industries covered in both Latin America and Brazil on several occasions over the last 10 years by the magazine Institutional Investor and, with the company analysis team, has also been recognized among the top three over the last few years.
Marcia Raquel Cordeiro de Azevedo

It is partner of Falconi Consultores de Resultado, where she has worked for over 20 years as a management consultant on projects in the segments of oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, construction, education, entertainment, transportation, nonprofit sector, hospital, telecommunications, dairy, and state/local governments. She teaches courses in Process Management, Routine Management, and Management for Results. Ms. Azevedo holds a degree in business administration from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, with a post-graduate specialization degree in organization management and human resources, and an MBA in finance from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
Felipe Bueno da Silva

An economist graduated from PUC-Rio, he was an associate at Banco Votorantim, where he worked for 11 years in large corporate structured credit, equity, and investment operations. capital and derivatives markets. For the past 5 years, he has served as the main partner and executive at BX Capital, having worked on several M&A operations,
debt restructuring, purchase of distressed credits, legal fees and court-ordered debt payments (precatórios), including Oi Telefonia, ZPMC Holdings and BTG Pactual. He is an active investor in domestic and foreign markets.
