PRIO holds a R$2 billion follow-on

PRIO announced its follow-on with a public offering and primary distribution on B3. After bookbuilding, 29,700,000 shares were issued. Taking into account the additional actions, the amount reached R$2 billion.

The net funds will be used to anticipate investments in assets and new acquisitions.
